How It Works

At this stage, you will be a client of Samurai and we will have a supply agreement in place to support you with your custom-branded product requirements.
Your Account Manager will have an in-depth discussion with you to understand your requirements and expectations of the online portal, including branding, payment terms, warehousing locations, access requirements and delivery for your custom-branded products.

We will then build your store with you, working closely to ensure you are happy with the functionality and appearance. The store will be password protected, keeping your portal solely for your venues’ use.

We can then share the Online Order Portal website link with you to distribute to your authorised users so they can create individual accounts and interact with the portal as they would any online shop. Once an order is placed, the user will get an email confirmation. The goods are then picked from our warehouse the following day and dispatched via your chosen delivery method.
