Socks and Other Products

No, custom-branded Grip Socks are an essential active entertainment product for maintaining health and safety and boosting revenue at various entertainment venues. These include aqua and water parks, soft play and indoor playgrounds, and inflatable parks. We also provide socks for exercise classes, gymnastic groups and many other leisure facilities.

Yes, we offer a partial gel option where the gel is removed from the heel area to enable sliding, or there is a completely no-gel option available if you prefer.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom-designed socks with your logo and brand colours is 1,000 pairs, split across different sizes. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for generic Grip Socks is 1,000 pairs, also split across different sizes (XS-XL).

Our knowledgeable Account Managers are experienced in working with venues like yours to ensure you never run out of custom Grip Socks or other branded products. Once they understand more about your venue and what your requirements are, they will work with you to put a plan in place.

Our custom socks are available in sizes XXS-XXL, which cover kids through adults. Our Generic Grip Socks are available online in sizes XS-XL. If you have any additional sizing requirements, we can accommodate them when you speak to your dedicated Account Manager.

The sock material is 97% polyester and 3% elastane (spandex). Our Trampoline Socks, Inflatable Socks and Soft Play Socks all have our unique “X Gel” on the sole. It is robust and stands up to high-impact activity. The gel is designed to minimise transfer and provide a great user experience.

Our Aqua Park Socks are made from the same material but have our specialist AQUA-GEL on the sole instead.

Most of the socks we produce are of this composition; however, we can produce cotton, cashmere, or wool socks and accommodate other custom requests for materials.

Our premium-grade yarn is woven into the sock to make it strong and durable. This is available in a huge range of over 250 vibrant thread colours, including UV thread, neon thread, and even glitter, so you are sure to find a perfect match for your branding or ideal design concept.

In your design, we work to a maximum of 6 colours, including your logo, detail, and body colour (this includes black and white). There are other options available; the best thing to do is speak to us!

The gel on the sole of your custom socks can be in any single colour of your choice, or it can be PantoneⓇ-matched to your branding.

We recommend using a darker gel than the main body weave colour of the sock. The alternative is using a transparent gel with no pigment, which can eliminate any worry of colour transfer to equipment.

The size is labelled inside the cuff of each sock.

No, it doesn’t matter. We can continue with the design and sample to make sure you are happy with the branding, logo, and colours before we determine your size breakdown.

We can help bring your design to life. Your dedicated Account Manager will talk you through your sock design and make sure that we get the right brief from you to pass on to our in-house designer. Once our designer has created your sock design, your Account Manager will share the designs with you for your thoughts, amendments, and approval.

Yes, this is possible. However, we do recommend keeping the colour consistent with all sizes to avoid customers getting upset over not being able to have their preferred colour socks.

Absolutely not! It’s important to us that you receive the samples to make sure you’re happy with the products that you will be selling to your customers. We make sure we get it right before you put your order in.

We have 1 colour option for our generic (non-branded) socks, which are grey and neon green, which is UV reactive.

We offer a selection of different colours, including yellows, pinks, blues, greens, and oranges, to make your brand’s colours pop.

Logistics and Delivery

Bulk shipments are packaged in boxes with clear shipping marks on the outside of the box, which include the size contained within the box.

The socks are packaged with 12 pairs in 1 clear polybag. Each orientated polypropylene (OPP) bag has a size label on the outside. Socks are packaged in 250 pairs per size per box.

We can produce any style of packaging requested by our clients, including packing each pair of socks individually and applying additional size stickers. And we also offer retail header carded solutions.

After a consultation, design discussion, and artwork creation (approximately 3 days), the sampling process for your socks will take approximately 7-14 days, the initial production will take approximately 6-7 weeks, and sea freighting can take approximately 35 days (depending on your location). Please note that the shipping time will vary depending on where you are located.

If you need to air freight any stock in, please discuss this with us, and we can provide you with a cost.

After your socks or other branded products have been manufactured, they are delivered to your venue(s) or nearest port (depending on your needs and park location). Alternatively, we offer affordable warehousing solutions where you can call off your product as required.
