Headwear Supply Plan
Step 1 - Consultation
We discuss your business and custom branded product requirements. Through this we aim to assure you that we have the expertise and processes in place to produce a standout product for you.
Step 2 – Product Customisation
We then work closely with you to ensure every detail of your custom branded headwear will have a professional finish that is sure to impress.

Step 3 - Quotation
When we have your detailed specifics, quantity of headwear, payment terms and delivery locations we will provide a quote that also outlines the sampling process and timings of your order.
Step 4 - Technical Design
We create a graphical design visual for you that represents the specifics in your quote. Now is the time to make any adjustments to the design concept before giving the design your approval for sampling.
Step 5 - Sampling
You have approved the quote and the design visual we then manufacture a pre-production sample of the headwear for you to sign off. The sampling process will take approximately 20 days including the shipping of sample.
Step 6 - Bulk production
Upon you signing off your sample, your product can now go into production. If your agreed payment terms require a deposit payment, bulk production is scheduled once this payment has been cleared. Depending on the supply details once the production is complete, we then manage the onward freight to your delivery point.
