2025: A Big Year for Growth and Connection
2025 has been a fantastic year for Samurai. From expanding our global reach to strengthening partnerships and welcoming many new customers, the past 12 months have been all about growth, connection, and laying strong foundations for the future. Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that made 2025 such a great year for our team.
Growing the Samurai team
We welcomed two new team members in 2025, helping us support increased demand and continue delivering the level of service our customers expect.
Canada warehouse launched
We expanded our Canadian distribution with the launch of a dedicated warehouse, enabling faster shipping, improved service, and stronger support for our growing North American customer base.
Customer road trip
Sarah, our Head of Global Accounts, and David, our CFO, spent just over two weeks visiting 16 parks across 16 cities in New York, New Jersey, and Arizona. The trip gave them valuable face-to-face time with customers, with a highlight being attending the opening of Ninja Kidz Action Park at Dream Mall.
Exhibited at 3 major industry events
We exhibited and connected with operators at key global industry events, including the IATP 2025 Conference, IAAPA Europe 2025, and IAAPA Expo (showreel here), where we also co-hosted a networking evening at the Icebar with Fun Spot Manufacturing, Rugged Interactive, Clip ’n Climb, and BigAirBag. These events gave us the opportunity to showcase our products, strengthen existing relationships, and make valuable new connections across international markets.
Expanding our industry partnerships
We partnered with more suppliers across the industry in 2025, including park builders, interactive game installers, and operations management system providers. Working with companies that share our commitment to supporting venues and helping brands stand out makes these collaborations valuable to both us and our customers.

Most remote customer: Réunion Island
We supplied a customer in Réunion Island, marking our most remote destination to date and highlighting the truly global reach of Samurai products.
